Koneturva Oy uses Google Analytics on its website: a web analytics service maintained by Google Inc.
We use the Google Analytics service for normal business planning, development and analysis.

3. Basis for data collection and processing

No personal information is stored about visitors to the Koneturva.fi website.
The data retention period of the Google Analytics service is as long as the Koneturva.fi website is in operation.

6. Regular data transfers and data transfers outside the EU or the European Economic Area

The Supplier’s data centers, where all Personal Data is stored and Processed, are mainly located in Finland. However, the Supplier may transfer Personal Data to any data centers located in the EU/EEA area and to data centers located outside the EU/EEA area as described in the more detailed descriptions of the Services or agreed in connection with the Agreement. The Model Contractual Clauses attached to this Appendix or other transfer mechanism permitted by the Legislation shall apply to the transfer of Personal Data outside the EU/EEA area. The Model Contractual Clauses form part of this Appendix and supersede any provisions in the Agreement or this Appendix that are inconsistent with them.

7. Use of cookies

We use a so-called cookie function on our website. A cookie is a small text file that is sent to and stored on the user’s computer, which enables the website administrator to identify frequent visitors to the website, make it easier for visitors to log in to the website, and enable the compilation of aggregate information about visitors. This feedback allows us to continuously improve the content of our website. Cookies do not harm users’ computers or files. We use them so that we can offer our customers information and services that meet their individual needs.

If a user visiting our website does not want us to receive the above information via cookies, most browsers allow the cookie function to be disabled. This is usually done through the browser settings.

Regarding the website, Koneturva Oy ensures that the website is actively updated.

10. In the event of a data breach

Customers will be notified immediately when a data breach is detected. Customers will be notified within 72 hours and will be informed of the data breach and which data is affected.

11. Automated decision-making and profiling

Koneturva Oy does not make automated decision-making or profiling.

12. Rights of the data subject

The data subject has the right to inspect what information about him or her has been stored in the personal data register. A written inspection request must be sent, signed, to the address or email mentioned in the contact details section. The inspection right is free of charge and can be exercised no more than once a year.

The data subject has the right to request the rectification or erasure of inaccurate or outdated data, or the transfer of data from one system to another. He or she also has the right to restrict or object to the processing of his or her data in accordance with Articles 18 and 21 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

The data subject has the right to withdraw previously given consent to the processing of data or to file a complaint with the supervisory authority regarding matters related to the processing of their personal data. The data subject also has the right to remove their own data from the register and to prohibit the use of their data for direct marketing purposes.
